Having the flu I spent most of my day in bed, but I decided I wanted to share this simple recipe with you guys. And by simple I mean really really really simple… You only need one thing: Parmesan cheese! 120 gr for approximately 10 chips.
You need to preheat the oven to 200° C.
Line a baking tray with some baking paper and start making small piles of grated Parmesan cheese. Flatten the piles with a spoon until you’ve got flat round “cookies”.
Bake them for 5 minutes until golden. For the “harder” part you need to place the chips on a rolling pin to create the curve. When they’ve hardened let them cool down on a plate
Mine weren’t very curvy because my rolling pin is a bit big. But they were just as delicious!
