Peanut butter Smoothie

 

Hi guys! My oats-recipe for today is going to be a smoothie. I had not expected it to be as delicious as it turned out, because I was a bit unsure about the peanut butter. It was so wrong of me to think that way! I loved it and it is really easy to make it.

For this savoury smoothie you’ll need:

– 35 gr of oats
– 350 ml of almond milk (Once again, I used the Chocolate Almond milk 😉 )
– 1 banana
– 4 tbsps of peanut butter
– 2 tbsps of maple syrup
– 150 gr of icecubes

This recipes serves 2

The How-to:

First off, start by letting the oats soak in the almond milk for approx. 20 minutes. When they are “soft” put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you’ve got a really “smooth” smoothie.
