I’m very excited to share with you this easy appetizer. Even the flu can’t stop me from enjoying this deliciousness. I just really love mushrooms and garlic xD
I hope you’ll be just as happy when you try this out.
– 1,5 tablespoons of olive oil
– 2 bulbs of garlic
– 200 gr of small mushrooms
– 2 tablespoons of white wine
– 1 teaspoon of tomato purée
– half a teaspoon of fresh thyme
– Salt & Pepper
This recipe serves 4
Let’s get this started:
Crush the garlic. Then fruit it in the olive oil for a minute, add the mushrooms and stir well.
Mix the wine with the tomato purée and pour it over the mushrooms. Throw in the thyme, salt & pepper and leave to cook for about 15 minutes. Keep stirring, so the mushrooms won’t burn.
They will be ready when they’re moist but not wet.
Ready to serve!

Having the flu I spent most of my day in bed, but I decided I wanted to share this simple recipe with you guys. And by simple I mean really really really simple… You only need one thing: Parmesan cheese! 120 gr for approximately 10 chips.
You need to preheat the oven to 200° C.
Line a baking tray with some baking paper and start making small piles of grated Parmesan cheese. Flatten the piles with a spoon until you’ve got flat round “cookies”.
Bake them for 5 minutes until golden. For the “harder” part you need to place the chips on a rolling pin to create the curve. When they’ve hardened let them cool down on a plate
Mine weren’t very curvy because my rolling pin is a bit big. But they were just as delicious!
Let me know what you think!
